Energy Healing is the practice of channeling Universal life force energy into your physical and energetic bodies for therapeutic intentions.

 

Sekhem and Reiki are both energy healing modalities. They flow to where they are needed most and work in the favour of the recipient's highest good. The techniques involve gentle, non-invasive touch or can be channeled completely hands-off.

Sekhem is an energy healing modality that promotes spiritual growth and upgrades. Discovered in Egypt in the 80s, it is said to have been used in Ancient civilisations- forgotten and lying dormant until humanity was ready to use it again. Due to it's fast and fiery energy, many people find big shifts in their states of being after just one session. Although similar to Reiki, the energies have their own unique qualities.
