About Me

Having always been highly sensitive and intuitive, I have been deepening my spiritual and energetic practice for many years. I've weathered many of my own storms in life and now feel honoured to help others along their journeys and aim to do so with compassion and understanding.

My journey as a healer started as a yoga teacher teaching at rehab centres and mental health homes, before I began incorporating meditation and sound in my sessions and eventually finding my way to energy healing.

I continue to develop and deepen my practices by training further in the healing arts.
