About Me
With a background in yoga teaching and care work, I have always aimed to bring loving service and spiritual connection to the forefront of my life.
Growing up with my formative years in Japan and it's culture based in Shintō spirituality, I was naturally called to deepen my connection with spirit and energy.
My own healing journey involved searching for tools and practices that could help me to feel whole again. Reiki and Sekhem have changed my life completely and I knew that my path was to share this amazing energy with others.
