About Me

With a background in yoga teaching, care work and mental health, I have always aimed to bring love and positivity to the world around me.

Growing up with my formative years in Japan and it's culture based in Shintō spirituality, I have always kept spiritual practices at the foundation of my life. Living in different countries infused my practice with many perspectives, but I do believe the underlying essence of spirituality is the same across the globe.

My own healing journey involved searching for tools and practices that could help me to feel whole again. Reiki and Sekhem have changed my life completely and I knew instantly that it was in my path to share this amazing energy with others.
